When you are deciding to enter into therapy you may be feeling a wide range of emotions such as apprehension, anxiety, fear, hope and even excitement. It may be that a negative event is motivating you to look for a therapist. This is the time when you may be feeling the most vulnerable and my commitment is to create a safe space for you to tell your story. I invite you to contact me so we can discuss how we can work together to get your needs met.
